The hardware high-speed counter module is a 2-phase 50Hz high-speed counter. It is a special functional module of FX2N, FX2Nc series PLC. The counting speed of FXzN-1HC is higher than that of the built-in high-speed counter of PLC (2-phase 30Hz, 1-phase 60Hz), and it can be directly compared and output. Various counter modes can be selected using PLC commands, such as 1-phase or 2-phase, 16 bit or 32-bit mode. After setting these mode parameters, FXN-1HC Only units can run. The input signal source must be a 1 or 2-phase encoder. Can use 5V, 12V or 24V power supply. You can also use the initial value setting command input (PRESET) and the count suppression command input (ISABLE). FX2N-1HC has two outputs. When the counter value matches the output comparison value, the output is set to ON. The output quality control tube is isolated separately to allow for leakage or source connection methods. The data transmission between FX2N-1HC and FX2NPLC is carried out through buffer memory exchange. FX2N-1HC has 32 buffer memories (each with 16 bits). FXN-1HC occupies 8 IO points on the FX2N and FX2Nc expansion buses. These 8 points can be allocated by input or output.
